I have recently started Entrecard Power Dropping. It takes me about 45 minutes because I don’t have a good updated list of sites anymore. I have been powerdropping for the past few days and thought of a good idea last night. I recently came up with my Site Hoppin Hack that can rack up your Site Hoppin beer credits faster than ever. It is the only hack of its kind. If you search for “Site Hoppin” on Google, I am near the bottom of the first page. If you search for “Site Hoppin Hack” I am the second result, right after Digg. The first spot is my dugg article for the Site Hoppin Hack. So I pretty much have the #1 spot for that term. Now it isn’t huge, but it is nice to be first for something on Google.

My Site Hoppin Hack inspired me for a new idea. I have noticed, and bookmarked, about 50 pages that are an entrecard power drop page. These are also called Entrecard Quick Drop, Entrecard Powerdropping, ect. Basically the page is all html, loads really fast, and has only the entrecard widget. They might also have a few links back to their site. Point being, it is designed for us that entrecard power drop. I am now on a mission to collect at least 300 of these pages. I am shooting for more just in case a site goes down, ect. Once I get enough of the pages, i will then create a script that will rotate all of them every x seconds. Then for you Entrecard Power Droppers out there, you just load my Entrecard Power Drop page and drop, drop, drop. You click drop, and within just a few seconds the next page will be loaded for you. You just sit there letting it load all the pages for you. No more collecting bookmarks, no more loading multiple tabs. No more searching!

What do I need from you? I need all of you that use Entrecard to create an Entrecard Quick Drop page for yourself. You can use my Drop Zone page for reference. Once you have created that page, contact me and include the URL directly to the page, and the title of your site. I will not be setting up the page until I get at least 300 sites for the list.

Are you already an Entrecard Power Dropper?

If you are already into Entrecard Power Dropping then you may have a nice collection of sites already. I need you to go through them and send me all the ones that have an Entrecard Quick Drop page. I am talking about pages that look like this drop page.

Please note that I do not want fast loading sites, blogs, ect, that have the widget above the fold. I am ONLY looking for quick drop pages. Also note that it isn’t only for my benefit. Shortly after I get 300+ sites, I will put up my script for everyone to use, just like my Site Hoppin Hack. Depending on how well this takes off, I may just make a new domain for this, similar to powerdropping.com.

Last night I finished my Site Hoppin Hack. It simulates the slideshow view that appears to have been removed from their service. Who wants to click the random button over and over again? Not me. I quickly wrote a script that automatically loads a random page every 10 seconds. I chose 10 seconds because it allows most sites to fully load. Also, it allows you to quickly click an Entrecard widget if it is at the top of the page. I am sorry for the lack of updates recently, and being slow on getting the theme changed back over. I lost some RSS readers, and haven’t gotten my Adsense put back up. I have been struggling to get any time on the computer recently. As some of you previous readers may know, I lost my job due to our lab closing. I was released from Fuji on April 25th. Six days later I started my new job. This job is 12 hour shifts (7-7), and rotates between days and nights. I have worked 3 days on day, had a day off, worked 3 days on nights, had 3 days off, then 4 days on days. Now I have 7 days off. It is a really weird schedule, but I now have 7 days off, hopefully plenty of time to get this house cleaned up for our wedding shower coming up. Also with spare time I can put some effort into the site again. Today I am hoping to get a lot done. I just finished tweaking some things to get the layout of the theme the way I want it.

If you notice the site looks messed up, or is broken some how, then please be patient. Come back a little later and I should have it fixed. I need to map out some zones for ad placement using OIOPublisher. I also need to get the comments back up, and point to all the pages in the Navigation Menu. I also need to get the php plugin so I can run PHP code in a Wordpress page. This will allow me to display what Ad units I have available.

I started my first attempt at selling anything. I started a campaign from Pepperjam Networks selling 123 Copy DVD. It is a DVD copy software that can easily copy dvd movies. My thought when I saw it was, “Who doesn’t wan’t to buy a DVD copy software?”. I guess 8 people don’t. I actually have used it before, and it is pretty good! It is definately for someone who wants to just pop the movie in, insert a blank DVD-R, and press copy. It is the easiest software I have used to copy DVD movies.

I started out on facebook. I set my budget at $5 per day, and my bid at .30 cents. I have raised the bid, and lowered it twice. I raised it to 1.72 then about 8 hours later lowered it to $1. So far I have 8 clicks out of 32,000 impressions. I also have 0 sales, at least thats what the pepperjam report says. Maybe it takes time to update. I hope so. I hope to at least make 2 sales to get my $25 bucks back.

So if you want to buy an awesome DVD copy program, then definately buy 123 Copy DVD!
