For me, I find these boxes very intrusive and annoying when I am trying to read a page and these things pop up. However these opt in boxes are a necessity when it comes to internet marketing.

They could literally, double, triple, or even quadruple your sales if you use them appropriately.

So what are the basics of the opt in? Well you have heard of email marketing where you form a list of people that are interested in your product or products they want to learn more but are not yet ready to make a purchase. Well the opt in box is what forms this list.
