123 Copy DVD - copy dvd movies

I started my first attempt at selling anything. I started a campaign from Pepperjam Networks selling 123 Copy DVD. It is a DVD copy software that can easily copy dvd movies. My thought when I saw it was, “Who doesn’t wan’t to buy a DVD copy software?”. I guess 8 people don’t. I actually have used it before, and it is pretty good! It is definately for someone who wants to just pop the movie in, insert a blank DVD-R, and press copy. It is the easiest software I have used to copy DVD movies.

I started out on facebook. I set my budget at $5 per day, and my bid at .30 cents. I have raised the bid, and lowered it twice. I raised it to 1.72 then about 8 hours later lowered it to $1. So far I have 8 clicks out of 32,000 impressions. I also have 0 sales, at least thats what the pepperjam report says. Maybe it takes time to update. I hope so. I hope to at least make 2 sales to get my $25 bucks back.

So if you want to buy an awesome DVD copy program, then definately buy 123 Copy DVD!

Also check out my first and poor attempt at a landing page.

I also can’t stress enough at how much I love my new plugin! OIOPublisher has made my life so much easier, and I don’t think anyone should run a Wordpress blog without it. That is the truth, not a sales pitch! Get OIOPublisher Here! You won’t regret it! I do suggest that you read my post, OIOPublisher Review so you can get $17 off of it! You really need to hurry though, you only have until May 5th to get $17 off of OIOPublisher!

I have put off using Adwords. I do plan on testing it out later on though. The campaign was on facebook. I set the bid at 30 cents originally, then it alerted me that my bid was too low. It suggested I use $1.72 or something close to that. I noticed I my impressions were stuck. After a few hours, it didn’t change from around 32k. I raised my bid and the impressions took off. Since it was my first try at a campaign, I didn’t put up very much money. I had only about 19 clicks. 14 of those clicks follow through my landing page to the products page. I guess I have a few days left since the cookie tracks for 14 days, but at the moment I don’t have any sales. I was hoping for at least 2 so I could get my money back.

I will experiment more with campaigns later on, but right now I am focusing on my site, ppc, and traffic.

    Hey Wade,
Good first attempt but as Hugo said, $1 a click is way to much! Next time instead of raising your bids to get more impressions try getting a better CTR by making new ads which in effect will increase your impressions. In most cases if you can’t get an ad above .10 CTR it means you need a new one.

    got any sales yet?

im no expert here, but from the campaigns a created using ppc i always tried to bid for the lowest possible and tried to make the ads appealing to minimize costs… sometimes it worked….
